Let's Put on a Play! Winter Headband/Puppet Craft

We absolutely love activities that involve multiple steps and provide opportunities for creativity. The child can chose a "character" and decorate either a headband or make a puppet. This is great activity to practice fine motor skills such as coloring, cutting (if age-appropriate), and - our favorite - pasting. Expand this activity by encouraging children to act out their character in a play and put on a show for the whole family or class!
